Ceetec IPS400 TopFlow Automatic is a fully automatic machine designed with the latest technology. The machine is equipped with CNC spray gun control. This means that the spray guns can be positioned during operation. This keeps overspray to a minimum. Overspray is recycled and collected in plastic bags, which means that colour change can be performed without cleaning for as little as 3 minutes.
The machine is designed for indoor and outdoor wood panelling, and has a capacity of up to 200 metres per minute. The wood is fed horizontally through the machine by an automatic feeder. Ceetec IPS400 applies the liquid by up to 8 guns and gives the spray paint a high finish.
The machine can be used as a stand-alone solution or can be incorporated in an in-line production with, for example, drying and automatic feeding. The machine has electronic control of the air flow regulation and can come either with Airmix or Airless guns.
Ceetec IPS400 Top Flow Automatic can also perform according to customer-specific requirements.
