Dobre Maszyny S.C. has a used VOLPATO LASM 2N1a machine to offer. The machine is equipped with two belt sanding aggregates and the possibility of mounting a milling cutter or sanding disk. It is possible to adapt the machine precisely for the needs of the customer.

Configuration description

2 Belt aggregates with oscillation mechanism, belt width 80mm.  Smooth adjustment of the sanding speed – with an inverter . Pressure regulation on the sanding shoe.  Electronic control of the sanding shoe – jump IN and jump OUT independently in the first and second aggregate.

1 unit with Disk Flex Trim – with smooth speed control – inverter

1 aggregate PAD Disk  Smooth adjustment of the sanding speed – with an inverter. Sanding pressure adjustment. Electronic control of the sanding PAD disc: jump IN and jump OUT

Feed with an encoder which automatically synchronizes the feed and jump of the sanding aggregates when changing the feed speed of the chain
